OUT NOW – here’s my new song “Cherokee Rose”. It was written in the early days of quarantine last year. My head was swimming with questions about my family and our future, along with the words of some books I had just read by Cormac McCarthy, Annie Dillard, and Thomas Pynchon. What came out was this song about a couple traversing a beautiful but ominous landscape, as they’re searching or waiting for some kind of revelation, which may never come.
